Notice: Road Closures due to Light to Night Festival 2026 – 9 & 10 Jan 2026 / 16 & 17 Jan 2026 / 23 Jan & 24 Jan 2026
Dear Members,
Due to the Light to Night 2026 festival, sections of Parliament Place and St Andrew’s Road will be closed on the following dates/times:
- Friday, 9 January, 1600hrs – Saturday, 10 January, 0100hrs
- Saturday, 10 January, 1600hrs – Sunday, 11 January 0100hrs
- Friday, 16 January, 1600hrs – Saturday, 17 January, 0100hrs
- Saturday, 17 January, 1600hrs – Sunday, 18 January, 0100hrs
- Friday, 23 January, 1600hrs – Saturday, 24 January, 0100hrs
- Saturday, 24 January, 1600hrs – Sunday, 25 January, 0100hrs
Changes to SCC Vehicular Access:
- During the above dates/timings, vehicular access to and from the Clubhouse will only be possible via Fullerton Road over Anderson Bridge. Please see the photo below for a diagram of vehicular access to the Clubhouse.

- You will be requested to show a proof of entry pass to the relevant authorities on duty – Please click this link to download the relevant pass to access to SCC.
- Members driving to the Clubhouse must print a physical copy of the pass and display it on the dashboard of their vehicle to show to the relevant authorities.
- Members/guests going to the Clubhouse via taxis or private hire vehicles should have either a physical printout or digital copy of the pass on their mobile devices.
Light to Night 2026 proof of entry pass
Public Transport and Pedestrian Access:
- Bus services will be disrupted due to the road closures along Parliament Place and St Andrew’s Road.
- The nearest MRT stations are City Hall, Clarke Quay and Raffles Place.
- The nearest Taxi stands are located at Fullerton Hotel, the National Gallery Singapore’s Coleman Street Entrance, or Funan Mall.
- There are no restrictions on Pedestrian access.
