Changes to Vehicular Access to SCC for Light to Night Festival 2024

 

Dear Members,

Due to the Light to Night 2024 festival, sections of Parliament Place and St Andrew’s Road will be closed on the following dates/times:

• Friday, 19 January, 1600hrs – Saturday, 20 January, 0100hrs
• Saturday, 20 January, 1600hrs – Sunday, 21 January 0100hrs
• Friday, 26 January, 1600hrs – Saturday, 27 January, 0100hrs
• Saturday, 27 January, 1600hrs – Sunday, 28 January 0100hrs

 

Changes to SCC Vehicular Access:
During the above dates/timings, vehicular access to and from the Clubhouse will only be possible via Fullerton Road over Anderson Bridge.
You will be requested to show a proof of entry pass to the relevant authorities on duty – Click here to download the pass.

• Members driving to the Clubhouse must print a physical copy of the pass and display it on the dashboard of your vehicle to show to the relevant authorities.
• Members/guests going to the Clubhouse via taxis or private hire vehicles should have either a physical printout or digital copy on your mobile devices 

 

Public Transport and Pedestrian Access:

• Bus services will be disrupted due to the road closures along Parliament Place and St Andrew’s Road.
• For MRT service, Members and guests can take a 10-minute walk from City Hall / Clarke Quay / Raffles Place MRT Stations.
• The nearest Taxi stands are located at Fullerton Hotel, the National Gallery Singapore’s Coleman Street Entrance, or Funan Mall.
• There are no restrictions on Pedestrian access.
