The Club focus is on the Member’s best interests being served.

The Club will act on a first-come-first-served basis, and will only register a Member’s name onto the ‘List of Selling Members’ when the SCC Membership Sales Manager receives the completed Seller Form.

It may take a period of one month following the transfer of the membership to a new Member.

In this regard the SCC Membership Department will require a valid email address and contact number of the Selling Member.

A Selling Member will be notified by email (or other preferred communication) for the ‘Cessation of Membership’ by the SCC Membership Department.

The SCC Finance Department will thereafter be responsible for the preparation of the payment of the Sales Proceeds to the Selling Member.

The Club has a special service for Members who intend to sell their prized SCC Membership.

Whilst there are commercial club membership agents in the market, they often set transfer prices (selling prices) which may be below your expectations; they still charge commissions even though most of the transfer processing work is done by SCC staff. Further, application processing through agents is normally not quick due to the need to liaise with a third party.

Selling your membership through the Club is quick and efficient and there is NO additional commission, which means that you get the best return for the sale of your treasured asset.
